Congratulation!!  Your website looks terrific!  I love the fun and exuberant tone you have (just as in real life)!  As we discussed last night, I would be happy to write an article at some point about the negative and self-defeating thoughts that Big Girls often have that impede the motivation to exercise and be healthy--and how to counter those.  Also, the book &quot;The Slow Fat Triathlete&quot; was a lifesaver for me.  Maybe others would benefit too-maybe include a link?
